Marc Cinder

Marc has been a part of Healthy Habits Studio for over 10 years, sharing his passion for fitness with our personal training clients as well as coaching our Fit Body Boot camp workouts. 

His background and education includes athletic training, post-rehab, aquatics, triathlon training, cycling and running. He promotes a practical approach to fitness, one that focuses on the individual and their goals, to enhance their daily life and activities. Marc works well with all types of clients including active seniors, busy fitness seekers, and young athletes. 

We appreciate the many qualities he brings to the team: creative exercise design, great sense of humor, patience, and a strong pot of coffee at 6am.
